The DH60 wall-mounted magnetic door holder is an electromagnetic solution used to hold suitably closing doors open during normal use. When power is cut or triggered by a connected system, it releases the door, allowing the door closer to engage.

Its wall-mounted design makes it suitable for use in hospitals, schools, hotels, offices, and commercial buildings where floor mounting is not practical.

The strength of the mounting surface and the position of the strike plate should be checked before application. The product body and the strike plate must be mounted coaxially. Electrical connection should be made by qualified personnel. After installation, normal operation, power failure and alarm scenario, if any, should be tested. The door should not be forced shut without being released.
