The M05 floor-mounted magnetic door holder is designed to hold suitable self-closing doors in the open position during normal use. It releases the door when the alarm sounds or in the event of a power failure, allowing the door closer to close the door.

Floor mounting provides a neat application in hospitals, schools, hotels, offices, and commercial buildings where the wall surface is unsuitable.
